Supported Housing Worker
Location: Somerset East (mainly Shepton Mallet & Frome)
Salary: £25,685
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
Key Requirements
Full driving licence and access to a car (business use required)
Participation in an on‑call rota
Mainly Monday-Friday with some weekend cover on rotation
Rostered shifts between 08:00-20:00
Experience
Supporting people with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
Experience working in a housing or support setting (preferred)
Main Duties
Provide day‑to‑day support and housing management to clients
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records
Work with local agencies to support client needs
Manage referrals into the service
Create a safe, empowering environment that supports independence and positive move‑on
