Responsibilities
* Business Development position with promoting our specialist recruitment services to the construction industry
* Your main responsibility will be to canvass the construction market looking for new clients / vacancies
* Once up and running, this is an opportunity to progress into aBusiness Development Manager / Consultant role
* Taking detailed job specifications from clients
* Daily searching of the construction industry to find new opportunities
* Great internal support, being mentored, trained and managed by a senior team member
* Upkeep of our CRM system
* Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders
Ideal applicant
* Must be based within commutable distance of Nantwich office
* Must be driven, enthusiastic, competitive and with a sense of humour
* Must be comfortable on the phone
* Must be able to work at a fast pace
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be IT Literate (computer based role)
* Ideally worked on a CRM system previously
* Must be a team player
