Senior Consultant – Value Communications

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join a fully remote market access consultancy in the UK.
This is a specialist consultancy working at the intersection of market access, pricing, and value communication strategy for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. For 15 years, they’ve helped clients around the world navigate complex market dynamics — ensuring that innovative therapies are recognised and rewarded for the value they deliver.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior/ Consultant in Value Communications to lead the design and delivery of strategic, high-quality materials that communicate the value of new medicines.
You’ll take ownership of projects end to end — from developing Global Value Dossiers and payer narratives to supporting advisory boards and payer engagement programmes — while mentoring colleagues and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the strategic development of value communication deliverables, including: Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Payer Value Stories, Objection Handlers
* Act as the primary client contact, building trusted, long-term relationships.
* Manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
* Deliver internal training and share best practices in value communication.
* Support broader market access initiatives (e.g. advisory boards, payer programmes, negotiation training).
* Contribute to proposals and pitches, helping drive future business growth.
About You
* Strong experience in value communications within consultancy, pharma, or biotech.
* Deep understanding of market access, pricing, and payer evidence requirements.
* Proven track record of leading client-facing projects and delivering impactful materials.
* Excellent communicator — confident in presentations and client discussions.
* Skilled in scientific and strategic writing, with an ability to convey complex evidence clearly.
* Collaborative and organised, able to manage multiple projects effectively.
* Awareness of global healthcare systems and payer landscapes (particularly EU, UK, and US).
