We are looking for an enthusiastic and well spoken person to join our office based Customer Service team. The role is focused on delivering a first class service to our client base, making outbound calls as well as taking inbound calls. You will be responsible for booking PPM services and planning our engineers diaries as well as supporting our sales team with following up calls and sales progression.
We are a small and friendly team and our office is usually busy with its fair share of humour and laughter. If you are not already savvy with the postcodes in the UK you'll soon have a grasp of where they are and will be coordinating jobs with sensible route planning.
It's important that you speak fluent English and you should be able to write a well structured email when required. Office and telephone experience is essential. We do of course use a Customer Relationship Management software for our clients data and provide in house training. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience, be able to find their way around a PC, have exceptional attention to detail and have general skills in Excel and Word.
You'll be kept busy during the day with calls. There are, without doubt, some challenging aspects in dealing with customers although most are a pleasure to deal with. As a Company we are happy in our work and are looking for someone to join us with a view to a long term role in which they can develop their skills.
