A well-respected all-through special needs school in Harrow is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 support to students with either ASD or SEMH needs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide individualized support to students with ASD or SEMH needs. - Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective support strategies. - Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. - Working with students aged 5-16, studying at a Key Stage One or Two level. Requirements: - At least 6 months of experience working in a similar position in a school setting or as a youth worker. - Must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service. - Availability to work full-time, starting in September.
