About the role
Our DCX (Digital Customer Experience) Practice is recruiting a high‑calibre individual to create, propose and mature Salesforce architecture for clients, leveraging the Enterprise Architecture upstream and downstream of the Salesforce platform.
Hybrid working
Work will be a blend of company offices, client sites and home, with no 100% remote flexibility.

Your role
* Lead the Architecture and Design of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B solutions.
* Provide leadership & guidance to technical and functional team members, setting best‑practice guidelines and frameworks.
* Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and establish best‑practice ways of working.
* Own design and architectural outputs from initiation to sign‑off, acting as escalation point for technical and design challenges.
* Recommend solutions best suited to the platform, using your ecosystem knowledge.
* Provide input and steer project and delivery plans.
* Occasionally support Sales to create an architectural vision for new projects and business development activities.
Your skills and experience
* Experience as a Salesforce Architect on enterprise‑scale projects across multiple industries, especially eCommerce, Loyalty, and Consumer Products & Retail.
* Comfortable leading implementation of architecture with internal teams, partners, and senior stakeholders.
* Significant knowledge of key Salesforce products (primarily SFCC B2B), with experience of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries, and Data Cloud to be advantageous.
* Experience working with ISV partner solutions in a multi‑platform, multi‑partner delivery environment.
* Detailed understanding of Salesforce governor limits and design within them.
* Experience with architectural governance processes and creating artefacts such as decision and assumption logs.
* Knowledge of declarative solutions, including SFI tooling, LWCs, and Flow.
Security clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks required. No nationality or residency restrictions; further checks may be required if residing outside the UK in the last 3 years.
