Referment is partnering with a growing multi-brand business to find a creative and highly organised Social Media Manager to oversee and develop social media across a portfolio of brands.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in social media and content creation, particularly within a creative or fast-paced environment, who is looking to take on more ownership and variety.


The Role

You’ll manage multiple social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, playing a key role in shaping each brand’s online presence.


Key responsibilities

* Planning and managing content calendars across multiple brands
* Creating engaging content including short-form video, photography, graphics, and written posts
* Conducting on-site content shoots with local clients
* Maintaining distinct brand voices and visual identities
* Managing community engagement (comments, messages, enquiries)
* Tracking performance and producing insight‑led reports
* Supporting campaigns, promotions, and launches


Travel & Working Setup

* This role involves regular local travel to client sites for content creation
* Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
* The position is full-time (5 days per week)
* Minimum 3 days per week onsite in Royal Tunbridge Wells
* Applicants should ideally be within a 40–50 minute commuting distance


What We’re Looking For

* 2–3 years’ experience in social media management and content creation
* Background in a creative, agency, or multi‑brand environment is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Confident creating content across video, photography, and copy
* Good understanding of analytics and performance tracking
* A proactive, trend‑aware mindset with strong attention to detail


Nice to Have

* Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Later, Sprout, or Buffer
* Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
* Exposure to paid social or wider digital marketing


Additional Information

* No specific educational background required – experience and portfolio are key
* Salary is £27,000, with additional benefits including pension, generous holiday, and private medical cover
* Candidates must have full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
