Shift Information: 2:00 PM start, 5–7 hour shifts depending on workload
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a high-performance logistics operation in Hinckley. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a structured, fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
2. Sorting, scanning, and organising parcels within the warehouse
3. Meeting daily targets and operational deadlines
4. Handling parcels of varying sizes and weights
5. Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment
6. Following all health and safety procedures
Candidate Requirements
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
9. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high work standards
10. Physically fit and able to lift/move parcels as required
11. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
