You will deliver operationally excellent processes and provide a high level of customer service to applicants at every stage of the application process.

You will assist and coordinate activities to deliver an efficient and effective admissions service. Specifically, you'll be involved in preparing applications and reports for shortlisting; coordinating interview activity; and support in responding to applicant queries. You will be working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, both within professional services and academic faculty, to achieve this.
What we are looking for
* Can multi-task and evaluate priorities according to the stage of the admissions cycle, and the volume of applications at each stage within.
* Experience of complex administrative work in a higher education environment, ideally within an undergraduate admissions setting.
* Can contribute to the continuous development of processes, communications templates, and reporting.
* Can deliver a responsive and effective customer service for applicants.
* Can form and manage effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders in a project.
* Experience of using Microsoft Excel, including a variety of formulas and functions, and of searching and manipulating databases.
What we can offer you
* The opportunity to continue your career at a world-leading institution and be part of our mission to use science for humanity.
* The opportunity to work on a relatively newly launched undergraduate programme, and contribute to the development of admissions processes.
* Benefit from a sector-leading salary and remuneration package (including 41 days' annual leave and generous pension schemes).
* Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.
* Interest-free season ticket loan schemes for travel.
* Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.
