The Client Assurance Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of assurance activities to clients, ensuring that all client-related compliance, documentation, and risk management processes are accurately maintained and executed. This role acts as a bridge between internal teams and clients, helping to uphold service quality, regulatory compliance, and contractual obligations.
What will you do:
* Maintain and organise all client assurance documentation, including audits, certifications, SLAs, and compliance reports.
* Assist in the coordination and scheduling of client audits, both internal and external.
* Track and monitor key client compliance requirements and ensure timely renewals or submissions.
* Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and responses for client assurance needs.
* Maintain a repository of standard assurance materials.
* Support the creation and updating of assurance templates and client-facing materials.
* Respond to client queries related to compliance and assurance in a timely and professional manner.
* Participate in client onboarding to ensure assurance requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled.
* Log and track issues related to client assurance and escalate as needed.
* Support the continuous improvement of client assurance processes and tools.

* Proven administrative experience, ideally in a compliance, risk, client services, or regulated environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
