Part‑Time. Wells & Co have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant, to provide high‑level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and wider Board.
Based at Brewpoint, we are looking for a proactive individual who is highly organised, hands‑on, and adaptable — someone who takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

You will be a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with a small, collaborative team where initiative and confidentiality is essential.
This is a part‑time office‑based role, 20‑25 hrs, working weekday mornings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex multiple diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
* Respond to urgent e‑mails and follow up in an efficient and timely manner.
* Organise travel arrangements in the UK & Europe along with the preparation of relevant itineraries and hotel bookings.
* Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports where required.
* Collation and preparation of PowerPoint presentation slides for board meetings.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Completing and submitting monthly expenses.
* Liaise by e‑mail with internal teams, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors.
* Anticipate needs and provide solutions before problems arise.
Essential Skills & Attributes
* Previous experience as an EA, PA, or similar senior administrative role.
* Ability to prioritise a multitude of tasks at any one time, whilst remaining unflustered and calm.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to write professionally with a very good level of grammar, spelling and punctuation is essential.
* Articulate and well presented.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Tech‑savvy, confident with Microsoft Office.
* Proactive, trustworthy and comfortable working independently.
* A warm, professional manner with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

* Salary £35,000‑£40,000 (pro‑rata)
