Responsibilities
As a Secondary Supply teacher you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies. Work with the department to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates pupils in Hockley.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome)
* Proven ability to manage classrooms and support diverse learning needs
* Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A passion for education and inspiring young minds
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
