1. Demonstrating outstanding clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions
2. Working within a multi-disciplinary team led by a supportive senior nursing team
3. Plan, implement and deliver a holistic patient centred care to a group of patients
4. Maintaining accurate patient records utilising the most up to date evidenced based care and guidelines

Person Specification:
7. Be a Registered Nurse (RN RGN).
8. Post-registration clinical experience within an Outpatient Department (desirable)
9. To be patient focused, with a desire and proven ability to deliver healthcare at its best.
10. Have knowledge of clinical governance and its application along with evidence of continuous professional development.
11. To be confident in building relationships with the ability to easily engage with others including consultants, colleagues and patients.
12. Mentorship training and qualification (desirable)
13. Proven ability to diffuse and solve challenging incidents (desirable)
14. Demonstrate knowledge of current nursing and clinical developments (desirable)
