Teaching careers in HMC independent schools
We are seeking to appoint a Cleaning Supervisor to support a busy and thriving cleaning department at Warwick School Foundation.
Responsibilities
* Support the Cleaning Manager in leading a large team of cleaners providing cleaning services for schools and events within the Foundation premises.
* Act as first line support for cleaning staff regarding work or personal matters.
* Ensure cleaning staffing rotas/shifts are in place and that adequate cover is arranged for holidays, absences, and sickness.
* Provide basic induction and training for cleaning staff on COSHH and best cleaning practices.
Working Conditions
Hours of Work: Shift rotation Monday to Friday between 06:00–15:00, 08:00–17:00, and 11:00–20:00 (all with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch), plus participation in a rota working one Saturday in every three.
Working weeks: 35.4 weeks; the successful candidate may be expected to work part of their summer holiday during the first year.
