Customer Support – Leamington Spa
Job Summary
Full‑time branch‑based opportunity, 35 hours per week (incl. Saturdays). Flexible hours; salary £26,200, increasing to £26,950 after six months.
Responsibilities
* Deliver face‑to‑face support to customers for everyday banking tasks.
* Assist customers through key moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable situations, and digital banking confidence.
* Adapt to different customer needs, promote and support digital services, and confidently guide customers to use online and mobile banking independently.
* Identify opportunities to connect customers with appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
* People person: honest, genuine, caring, with empathy and integrity.
* Good communication, calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to build relationships quickly.
* Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
* Team collaboration: working closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
Career Path
After 12 months in a customer service role, progress into specialist areas across the Group, including phone, online, web chat, video, and social media channels. Participation in the Skill Progression Framework supports continued growth and leadership opportunities.
