Lead Technical Trainer - Switchgear Derry/Londonderry £42,000 - £45,000 Full-time | Permanent A well-established and growing engineering manufacturer within the power sector is seeking a Lead Technical Trainer (Switchgear) to join its team. This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in developing technical capability across manufacturing and assembly teams within a stable, people-focused organisation. The Role Reporting to the Head of Production, you will be responsible for delivering technical training on low, medium and high-voltage switchgear systems. The role blends classroom-based instruction with hands-on practical training to support safe, compliant and high-quality build operations.
