We are looking for Community Care Assistants (Care Professional) to join our team and help us to continue to provide outstanding relationship led care to our clients. With minimum visits of one hour, we have an excellent reputation that we are immensely proud, the quality of care we provide has resulted in us being rated Outstanding by CQC.
Key Requirements:
1. You must have a valid full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
2. You must be available to work mornings, evenings and all day alternate weekends
3. No uniforms – because to us it’s personal
4. Introductions – we introduce you to clients before you start supporting them
5. Shadowing - we provide full one to one support for your first visits with a new client

14. Supporting our older generation to stay independent at home. Helping with bathing, shopping, meal preparation, medication assistance, companionship, social events the list is varied and each clients needs are different.

16. We are seeking caring, energetic, sympathetic, good listeners and people who have a friendly disposition
17. Do you live in, or very close to, Dudley, Sedgley, Gornal, Pensnett, Tipton, Rowley Regis or Oldbury, we have visits in all these areas.
Qualifications
No formal training required as full training will be given. Some life experience, either working with older people as a paid job or unpaid looking after a family member would be advantageous. A current UK driving licence is essential.

Additional Information
We can offer part-time positions; with visits available between 8am – 9pm, as well as working every other Weekend. We require you to be available at least three evenings between Monday and Friday. We will require you to be available between 8am and 9pm both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
