2. Working hours Monday to Friday Only, 07:00 to 17:00 or 08:00 to 18:00.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our client:
7. Book work into the workshop, including MOTs and servicing
8. Upsell additional products such as service plans and add-ons
9. Provide excellent customer service throughout the vehicle’s repair process
10. Manage customer communication and ensure a smooth service experience
11. Maintain accurate job documentation and workshop scheduling
12. Promote dealership offers and upsell opportunities effectively
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
13. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
16. Knowledge of VAG brands or experience with Volkswagen and Audi is highly desirable
17. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
18. Motivated to advance within the dealership career path
