I'm recruiting Finance Assistant for an established Property Management business based in the heart of Edinburgh. Working in a small office there is an opportunity to get involved in various areas of the business.
Role
1. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
2. Process invoices, receipts, and payments
3. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
4. Prepare VAT returns and support month-end reporting
5. Manage payroll and employee expense claims
6. Handle supplier and customer queries
7. Support budgeting and financial forecasting
8. Maintain filing systems and general office admin
9. Assist with compliance and audit preparation
10. Liaise with external accountants as needed
Profile
11. Previous experience in a similar role, using XERO is essential
