Sales Coordinator Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a market leading manufacturing company. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. Responsibilities: Provide assistance to sales team during travelling Support sales team with orders from receipt until shipping Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely delivery Prepare quotations and proposals for customers if needed Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and order details Generate sales reports and assist in forecasting Liaise with external sales representatives to support their activities Work closely with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups Assist in organising promotional campaigns and events Any other duties role may involve Person Specification: 2 years in a sales support or customer service role. Experience in B2B or B2C environments preferred. Knowledge of sales processes and administrative tasks Excellent customer relations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with a strong work ethic Desirable Criteria: Experience in camera manufacture or similar industry Experience with international customer base Experience with managing customer relationships (internal & External) The Rewards The successful Sales Coordinator will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus Flexible daily start/finish, Life assurance and Stock options.
