Main duties of the job
To support this journey, we are recruiting Band 5 Team Lead to our Single Points of Access for Children’s services (CSPA) and Business Support Team (BST). These roles will work closely with the Operations manager for Business Support as part of the wider Business Support and Administration Service.
Roles available 1.0 WTE Team Lead BST and up to 0.36 WTE Team Lead CSPA.
Working hours will be across Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
These roles are a vital part of the front‑end service for Milton Keynes Community Health Services. You will join a highly motivated and supportive team, playing a key role in ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently.
The SPA and BST provide a crucial link between patients, carers, healthcare professionals and CNWL clinical services, acting as both an internal and external point of contact. Our staff manage all incoming communications from service users and professionals, coordinating referrals, supporting appointment management, and ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, professionally and with compassion.

Please note: This vacancy does not meet the criteria for Skilled Worker sponsorship, unless you meet the criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.
