Klipboard provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions to companies in the distributive trade – wherever they are in the world. Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilise the CRM system to ensure potential and new leads are accurately processed and that the customer database is maintained.
2. Maintain the relevant databases, whilst ensuring that all leads are triaged correctly within the business.
3. Manage and maintain Lead generation platforms for marketing campaign delivery and management.
4. Work with the marketing team to develop a full range of marketing collateral.
5. Plan, manage and deliver omni-channel campaigns to the target market
6. Researching the industry and technology trends that drive digital performance
7. Writing engaging and informative blog content and press releases
8. Creating relationships with local associations, exhibition and press organisations
9. Booking and managing industry events and exhibitions
10. Sourcing advertising opportunities & liaising with industry publications
11. Help, write and distribute press releases liaising with media stakeholders
12. Creating enticing website content, with fresh ideas being explored
13. Creating forward-thinking campaigns and monitoring and evaluating their performance
14. Reaching out to happy customers for testimonials & reviews
15. Working closely with the design team on an array of projects
16. Organising and attending trade shows
17. Writing and proof-reading copy for print and digital material
18. Running social media campaigns, creating engaging content and scheduling posts
19. Being actively involved in SEO efforts & helping manage our Google Ads account
20. Monitor progress of campaigns and report on performance
21. Collaborate on ABM and prospecting strategies
22. Work with the sales and marketing team to maintain accurate and up-to-date data
23. Generate high-quality website traffic and drive digital conversions
24. Bring new, exciting & creative ideas to the table
25. Ensure the brands are continually unified and improved
26. To achieve agreed service outcomes and outputs, and personal appraisal targets, as agreed by the line manager.

28. Ensure all the services within the area(s) of responsibility are provided in accordance with Vigo’s commitment to high quality service provision to users.
29. Ensure that duties are undertaken with due regard and compliance with the Data Protection Act and other legislation.
30. Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with Vigo’s Health and Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety legislation.
31. At all times be committed to the principles of equality for all and dignity at work

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Essential

32. At least 3 years + previous experience in a marketing executive or assistant role
33. Self-motivated and a positive can-do attitude
34. Good teamwork skills
35. Strong written and communication skills
36. Great organisation, time-management and planning skills
37. Knowledge and experience with SEO and PPC
38. Social media awareness, interest and knowledge
39. Ability to report on the effectiveness of campaigns
40. Great data management
41. Good research and presentation skills
42. Strong attention to detail and willingness to get stuck in

Desirable

43. Relevant industry knowledge is desirable
44. BSc/BA in marketing, business or relevant discipline.
45. Experience using marketing software/tools such as Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM
46. Knowledge of SaaS ERP or business IT systems
