Responsibilities
1. Drafting Wills and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
2. Advising on Deputyships, Court of Protection applications and addressing elderly clients specific needs
3. Providing guidance on basic Inheritance Tax planning, exemptions and reliefs
Requirements
4. Experienced within private client with at least 1 year PQE
5. Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional client care
6. Possesses a keen understanding of commercial dynamics and a sharp business mindset
