Bar Supervisor
(32 Hours+)
We're looking for a Bar Supervisor at Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & Spa. Reporting directly to the hotel management team, you will be tasked with the service of beverages to guests within the hotel, delivering first class customer service. The role will involve leading and supervising the drinks service within the restaurant and functions within the hotel. You will also support the training of more junior bar team members and any new members.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise bar staff to ensure efficient service
* Communicate effectively with team members and management to maintain a position work environment
* Assisting with bartending and the serving of drinks
* Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area
What you'll need:
* To be 18 years old or older due to licensing regulations
* Previous bar experience in a similar quality of environment is essential
* Mixologist experience would be beneficial
* Due to nature of the business, we require flexibility as the role involves working evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.25-£12.56 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
