Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Dispenser based in our central hub in Hillington. The colleague will be involved in using technology to de-blister medication for dosette boxes and will assist in dispensing prescriptions for our ten stores. As this is a central hub this role is non customer facing.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in dispensing medications and knowledge of prescription handling within a pharmacy setting
* Experience in working alongside pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to assist in daily operations
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and guidelines
* NVQ level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) is highly desirable
* Previous experience in a community pharmacy is a plus
Will also consider someone with no pharmacy experience but willing to learn and complete their pharmacy dispensing course.
