Job description:
* Creating and booking holidays tailored to the customers needs
* Sourcing and exploring holiday locations
* Communicating with prospect clients
* Ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are always provided
* Using a variety of sales channels including email, telephone and companys website
* Liaising with partner holiday providers
* Participating in companys marketing
* Actively seeking new business opportunities and supporting the commercial growth of the business
* Being the first line of contact
* Assessment of guests need
* Responding to online enquiries
Experience:
* Proven experience within the role as a Travel Sales Agent(Minimum of two years experience)
