About You:
We’re looking for a technically strong, proactive Architect with sector-specific experience and excellent communication skills.
Essential Requirements:
* ARB-registered Architect
* Experience in the Custodial, Life Sciences, or Defence sectors
* Strong technical delivery skills across RIBA Stages 3–6
* Proficient in Revit (essential); knowledge of AutoCAD and NBS Chorus desirable
* Strong detailing and specification writing capabilities
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM 2015
* Ability to manage project packages and coordinate with contractors and consultants
* Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver architectural and technical outputs on complex, multi-disciplinary projects
* Prepare and coordinate design documentation, reports, drawings, and specifications
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and internal quality procedures
* Participate in design and technical reviews and project coordination
* Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders
* Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
* Contribute to proposals, scope definitions, and client presentations
