Architect
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £34-38,000
A well-established, design-led architectural practice is looking to appoint a talented Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With over 50 years of delivering high-quality, sustainable projects across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for commercially successful, user-focused design. The team works across architecture, urban design, and masterplanning, with experience spanning mixed-use, retail, leisure, residential, and workplace sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and support projects across a range of RIBA stages Develop design proposals from concept through to technical delivery Produce and review detailed drawings, specifications, and construction information Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards Attend and lead meetings, presentations, and site visits
Requirements
ARB-registered Architect with a recognised qualification Demonstrable experience within a UK architectural practice Strong design and technical capability across all project stages Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods Proficiency in Revit; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and organised approach
