A fantastic opening has come up for a experienced Head Chef to help produce fantastic fresh quality food in one of the area's best venues. We are looking for a head chef who must have at least 3 years experience in a similar, fresh food business. You will have control over the menu development making sure you're in keeping with the companies style. This includes fresh food & daily specials and 2-4-1 working with the seasons. As Head Chef you will be responsible for the full day to day running of the kitchen, costing, stock control,Safer Food Better Business, ordering and training, motivating and mentoring the kitchen brigade. You will also have support from the Owners when queries arise.
