We’re hiring an experienced Senior Agile Coach to work across multiple product squads, building complex, data-driven platforms for a global digital transformation program.
This is not about running ceremonies. This is about coaching product teams at scale, driving delivery across 2–4 squads, solving real-world product challenges, and embedding outcome-driven ways of working into highly cross-functional teams.
All fully remote, with timezone alignment for optimal collaboration.
🎯 Your Role
* 🧭 Coach 2–4 squads simultaneously on real-world agile delivery.
* 🔬 Guide lean product discovery, rapid experiments, and data-led decisions.
* 🤝 Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers, and Business Leaders.
* 🔗 Align product strategy with technical execution across multiple teams.
* 🚧 Remove blockers, reduce friction, and accelerate delivery flow.
* ⚖️ Balance regulatory complexity with delivery speed and product quality.
* 📊 Embed true outcome-based product thinking.
👤 You Bring
* ✅ 7+ years in Agile Coaching or advanced Scrum Master roles.
* 👨💻 Solid technical grounding (former software engineering or delivery experience highly preferred).
* 🧩 Experience coaching multiple squads simultaneously.
* 🚀 Comfortable blending startup/scaleup agility with enterprise complexity.
* 🧠 Strong in Lean UX, Product Discovery, and Outcome-Based Development.
* 🔐 Experienced in data-heavy, regulated industries.
* 🎙️ Excellent communicator, coach, and influencer across all levels.
* 🌍 Fluent English.
