Primary Teaching Assistant – Plymouth
Weekly Pay | Flexible Days | 08:30am–15:30pm
Teaching Personnel are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants for schools across Plymouth and Cornwall. We have flexible roles available from 1–5 days per week, ideal for those seeking full-time or part-time work in education.
Role Overview
* Support the class teacher in delivering lessons
* Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist with behaviour management
* Support children’s academic and emotional development
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Requirements
* Experience with children (school, childcare, or similar)
* Strong communication skills
* Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
