Customer Service Representative/ Weekend Customer Service Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for our client based in Norwich who specialise in 24/7 Care solutions on a part time basis of 15 hours per week, working only at weekends. This role is perfect for someone with an empathetic approach, who likes working in a fast-paced environment delivering outstanding customer experiences to vulnerable customers. You must be available for 2 weeks training Monday - Friday - 9.30am - 5pm for the first two weeks for training.
