Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation Service based in Frome Community Hospital, Mendip.
Responsibilities
* You will provide rehabilitation in the patients' own home, assisting them to reach their personalised goals.
* Provide a high standard of Occupational Therapy within the Rehabilitation services that you are allocated to within Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.
* Participate in the development of the Rehabilitation Service in the community and within the Community hospital bedded.
* Provide advice regarding the rehabilitation management of patients to families, carers and other members of the.
* Carry out duties autonomously but with the ability to seek support and informal and formal supervision from Senior Therapists within the service.
* Provide support, guidance and training to technical Instructors, therapy support assistants and students.
