I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Plumber Multi Trade, Multi Skilled Plumber, Bathroom Fitter, Wet Room Fitter, Maintenance Plumber, Multi Trade Operative, Kitchen Fitter or in a similar construction or social housing role.As the Plumber Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:
* Plumbing repairs and maintenance
* Fitting and replacing water pumps
* Installing and altering pipework
* Setting out floors for bathroom and kitchen installations
* Bathroom and wet room fitting
* Tiling and patch plastering
* Flooring installation and repairs
* General multi trade maintenance and snagging works
* Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties
* Delivering high standards of customer service on every job
The successful Plumber Multi Trade will:
* Have their own tools
* Have their own suitable transport
* Hold a valid Green CSCS card
* Have relevant experience working as a Plumber Multi Trade within social housing
* Be confident completing multi trade repairs independently
In return, the Plumber Multi Trade will receive:
* £23 per hour
* Fuel allowance provided
* Weekly pay available via CIS or PAYE
* Long-term ongoing work
* Potential for permanent employment if desired
* Essential training provided
* ASAP start available
