Position: Nursery Nurse (Level 3) – Full time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week). Positions also available on zero‑hour contract for supply and lunch cover.
Salary: up to £30,805 per annum.
Key responsibilities
* Work with the nursery team to provide high‑quality care for children aged 0‑5.
* Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the nursery by adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
* Use your knowledge, experience and imagination to develop new ideas and activities.
* Build positive relationships with children and communicate effectively with their parents.
* Make every working day enjoyable and stimulating for the children.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential qualifications and knowledge:
* NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and the ability to reference the EYFS framework when planning activities.
* A clear awareness of planning, observation and record‑keeping for nursery‑aged children.
* Enthusiasm and genuine passion for working with young children and meeting their needs.
* Successful Enhanced DBS check (required for the role).
