Risk & Compliance Administrator | 6M FTC | £32k US Law Firm
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Risk & Compliance Administrator to join the London office of one of our brilliant and growing US Law firm clients on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role will provide vital administrative support to the Risk function, which includes the AML & Financial Crime and Risk teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a leading US law firm and contribute to the smooth running of a busy Risk function. As this role is to start ASAP, you must be available immediately to be considered.
The role will be Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30, offering hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home after training/set up. Competitive salary up to £32k on offer, plus benefits!
Main Responsibilities:
* Organising and taking minutes for team meetings, circulating action points and follow-ups
* Diary management for the Risk team
* Maintaining records, including high-risk, PEP, and other AML registers
* Liaising with the CSS of the COLP, COFA, MLRO, and General Counsel to coordinate meetings
* Managing supplier relationships, including processing invoices
* Supporting the team with other ad hoc administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience within an administrative role in a Law Firm.
* Ability to organise, prioritise, coordinate, and work as part of a team
* Advanced proficiency in rules of English grammar, spelling and punctuation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent written and oral communication
