What You'll Be Doing
* Keep quarry machinery and heavy plant running smoothly overnight.
* Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
* Use your mechanical know-how to diagnose faults fast and keep downtime low.
* Work alongside production teams to prioritise maintenance schedules.
* Champion safety and reliability at every step.
What You'll Bring
* Proven background as a Maintenance Fitter in quarrying, recycling, or heavy plant.
* Strong skills in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
* A proactive, independent approach - you're the one people rely on to get things done.
* The ability to read technical drawings and manuals with confidence.
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in mechanical fitting or engineering.
