Role Description

Female Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter!

Location:

Sittingbourne, Kent

Salary:

£12.60 per hour (£18,345.60 per annum) plus benefits.

Hours:

28 per week, guaranteed – stability you can count on

Driving Licence:

Manual UK licence required

What You’ll Need

5. Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
6. Previous experience in a care/support setting
7. A valid manual UK driving licence
8. The legal right to live and work in the UK

What You’ll Be Doing

9. Supporting daily routines – from morning to bedtime
10. Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
11. Contributing to tailored support plans
12. Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
13. Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters

CB’s Role – Joyful & Meaningful

Help a young woman with learning disabilities and epilepsy enjoy the things she loves—music, laughter, and good company. You’ll use Makaton and picture cards to communicate, provide personal care, and bring positivity every day.

AH’s Role – Active & Rewarding

Support a lively individual with a packed schedule—farm work, arts & crafts, hydrotherapy, and gardening. Calm, patient communication and a positive attitude are key. Driving confidence is a must!
