Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Account Director to join a dynamic digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing high-profile clients, particularly in fashion, beauty, and finance, and will be comfortable leading multi-channel campaigns while growing client relationships and agency revenue. This role offers hybrid/remote working flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery across digital campaigns
* Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth, engagement, and ROI for clients in fashion, beauty, and finance sectors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope
* Mentor and manage a team of account managers and executives, fostering professional development and high performance
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
* Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and industry best practices
* Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques
Required Experience & Skills
* 6+ years’ experience in a digital marketing agency, with at least 2 years in a senior account management role
* Proven experience managing clients in fashion, beauty, and/or finance sectors
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid media, content, and email marketing
* Excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-channel campaigns
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring account teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
