Our Family Team are looking for an experienced (4PQE+) Family Solicitor within our Chester Family Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top rated and growing team. There are 2 possible roles available:
* Divorce and Separation specialist
* Care specialist, ideally on Children Panel or desire to do so
As we grow our team we have flexibility in how our growth is achieved so whether you have a niche practice or have mastered a wider spectrum of family law, we would love to hear from you.

The Role:
* To advise the firm’s clients on relevant family matters
* To manage all client work allocated by the firm in accordance with the detailed procedure and quality standards of the practice
* Ensure that all client work is progressed in a timely and professional manner and the client is kept informed on a regular basis as to progress and costs
* At all times a high degree of standards is to be exercised in client care
* To achieve agreed levels of billing and time recording
* To supervise and support other team members as agreed and to assist in their development
* Adaptable to new procedures
* Work as part of team with flexible approach to workload.
About You:
* At least 4 years Post Qualification Experience.
* Excellent organisational, work management and prioritising skills
* Excellent communication skills both written & oral with the ability to speak to clients at all levels.
* Working as part of a team with a flexible approach to workload.
