EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTROLE SUMMARYThe Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and strategic support to McAvoy C-Suite leadership team.1. JOB PURPOSETo manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, prepare reports and presentations, and act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders. This role is an onsite role and will require the successful candidate to be flexible and available as required.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative SupportManage C-Suite calendars, appointments, and travel arrangementsOrganise meetings and eventsPrepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes of meetingsScreen and prioritise correspondence, emails, and phone callsCommunication & CoordinationThe primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersDraft, edit, and proof-read correspondence, reports, and presentationsCoordinate communication between departments and C-SuiteProject & Office ManagementTrack deadlines and follow up on action itemsAssist with special projects and strategic initiativesMaintain filing systems and confidential recordsMonitor office suppliesTravel & Event ManagementArrange travel for C-Suite and BoardPrepare travel itineraries and expense reportsCoordinate executive events, board meetings, and corporate functions.Confidentiality & ProfessionalismHandle sensitive information with discretionMaintain confidentiality regarding business operations, personnel matters, and executive decisions3.
