Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking to expand its clinical nurse specialist team in Rheumatology. The Clinical Nurse Specialist plays a central role in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care as part of the multidisciplinary team across Trust sites including Basingstoke, Winchester, Alton and Andover.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of an outpatient service for the assigned area.
* Act as an expert professional adviser to the MDT.
* Deliver education to the multidisciplinary team.
* Assess and treat own caseload of patients.
* Lead on the assessment of highly complex patients, using high‑level analysis and interpretation skills to compare options and achieve effective treatment.
* Develop the required skill set within staff who report to you or for whom you are a training responsibility.
