Care Coordinator
Location: St Asaph, Denbighshire
Salary: £33,000
You will need a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our dynamic Homecare Team at Alcedo Care, based in St Asaph. We provide care across Complex Care, Complex Mental Health, and Domiciliary Care.
As our Care Coordinator, working closely with our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating care visits effectively. You will often be the first point of contact for carers, clients, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Prepare weekly schedules to allocate carers to care visits using our rostering system.
2. Make adjustments to schedules as needed.
3. Schedule new clients into existing rotas.
4. Ensure compliance within the office and during care calls.
5. Assist and support the Registered Manager, Area Manager, and Operational Manager.
6. Handle general office administration.
7. Undertake client care reviews and assessments.
8. Participate in on-call management on a rota basis (additional rate).
9. Collaborate closely with the Home Care team, Office team, and Directors.
10. Support care calls across Kendal, South Lakes, and surrounding areas as required.
Qualifications and Skills
1. A good sense of humour.
2. Self-motivated with a passion for excellence.
3. Experience in a fast-paced environment with volume coordination, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Highly independent and organized.
5. Proficiency in IT packages such as Excel and Word.
6. Empathetic and caring nature.
7. Health and social care qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or above).
8. Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
9. A team player.
