Business Administration Support Officer

Location: Ashington

Contract: Full Time FTC until 31st March 2026

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,031.00 per annum.

Closing Date:Tuesday 12th August 2025, 5PM.

About The Role


* Delivering quality administrative support on specialist work streams such as damp and mould, disrepair and minor works
* Assisting in the planning and scheduling of trade resources
* Managing enquiries from colleagues, clients and contractors and providing advice and information on the service.
* Maintainingaccurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information

About You

Youll need:

* Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
* Experience of business administration
* Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
* Well organised, with a positive, can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
