Their strong and large private wealth department consists of private client, private family and contentious trusts and tax.
Throughout recent years these divisions have grown considerably. To support this continued growth, their CTP team looks to appoint a new member who can offer significant experience within the discipline to help alleviate the team as an increasing number of new instructions arrive at the firm from referrals, cross selling and conflict work.
The successful applicant will be able to provide:
1. 5 years PQE within Contentious Trusts and Probate
2. UK qualified solicitor or CILEX
3. ACTAPS or looking to become a member of
4. Strong comprehension & communication skills – both written and verbal
5. Stable career to date
6. Experience in working with HNWIs
7. Team player and ability to work independently
8. Interest in managing junior members of the team
9. Interest in career progression
10. Happy to represent the firm whilst developing new business
11. Commercially aware – and confident in cross selling to existing clients of the firm.
