This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their finance career who is keen to gain practical experience and develop within a supportive and progressive environment. The Role: As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function with a variety of day-to-day accounting tasks, offering great exposure across multiple areas. Key responsibilities will include: Processing purchase and sales invoices Assisting with bank reconciliations Supporting credit control activities Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with month-end processes Providing general administrative support to the finance team About You: A genuine interest in building a career in accountancy or finance Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel A positive, proactive approach to learning Strong communication skills Currently studying AAT or looking to start (desirable) What’s on Offer: Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience Full training and ongoing development AAT study support A welcoming and collaborative team environment Genuine progression opportunities within the business This role would suit a recent college leaver, graduate, or someone looking to transition into a finance role.
