About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Procurement Data Support Associate to join a rapidly expanding e‑commerce business headquartered in Hull city centre. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product and supply chain data across multiple systems, supporting commercial, sales, and procurement teams.
You will work closely with suppliers, product managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure product information is complete, compliant, and fully optimised for operational efficiency. Following a structured onboarding period onsite, you will transition to a hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain product data in SAP, ensuring all product attributes are complete, accurate, and correctly formatted for internal use.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal supply chain teams to validate data and uphold high standards of product information integrity.
Update and maintain pricing records to ensure commercial teams have access to accurate and timely information.
Respond to internal product data queries, providing clear, accurate, and timely support to procurement, sales, operations, and wider teams.
Liaise with external suppliers to retrieve missing product information and reinforce compliance with internal data governance requirements.
Support the product data governance framework, ensuring workflows, documentation, and data standards are adhered to consistently.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data accuracy, optimising processes, and strengthening supplier data compliance.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with both suppliers and internal teams.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and deliver high‑quality work under time pressures.
Previous experience in an office, supply chain, procurement, data governance, or administrative role.
Experience with SAP (desirable but not required) and strong general IT literacy.
A proactive mindset, with a drive for problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
