Senior Nursery Practitioner Gloucester FWC | Childcare | Permanent | Full time Up to £28,643.63 per annum, depending on experience 40 hours per week Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Senior Early years Educator/Senior Nursery Nurse to be based at our nursery located in our Nuffield Health gym. As a Senior Early Years Educator it's important that you're qualified to NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies (or equivalent) and you have experience of working in a nursery setting. As a Senior Practitioner, you will: Lead a small team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained Help deliver full day care, sessional care and pre-school for ages 3 months to 5 years Promote health and wellbeing, helping children achieve the best possible start in life Ensure that learning is linked to every child's development Maintain great communication with parents, carers and external professionals Be aware of and implement current legislation, know and implement safeguarding policies and procedures The Person To succeed as a Senior Nursery Practitioner, you will need: Will be qualified to a NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies or equivalent Have experience in a Nursery setting, and have work with children Preferred paediatric first aid qualifications All candidate will require an enhanced DBS Helping you feel good.
