Job Description
If you are an IT Support Engineer with excellent communication skills and great customer service we have a contract role we would like to discuss with you.
Please note this role is inside IR35 and will require 5 days per week onsite.
* 1st/2nd line support face to face and over the phone installing and configuring PCs, Macs, iPhone, iPads for users in a busy environment
* Using Jamf to configure Apple devices
* Logging calls on a ticketing system
* Supporting additional hardware such as printers and scanners
* Windows 10 & Windows 11 support
