Hours: 37.5 hrs, Part Time Minimum 24hrs Salary : £14.71 per hour All applicants must have a permanent right to work in the UK. We provide person centred individualised care with a focus on the model of Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)! You will receive a 2-week induction and learn about PBS, understanding communication and behaviour, how to teach skills and enable people to live the lifestyle that they wish! A workplace induction follows which enables you to learn how to support the individual in the way they wish. We will fund staff to complete the Level 3 Health & Social Care.
